Any purchases made inside the building except gift cards are eligible for earning points. You can use your rewards number found in the app, your phone number, or your email address to attach your account to your purchase to earn. If you purchase tickets online, use the same email address linked to your rewards account OR sign in prior to your purchase to earn points!

- Unfortunately this is a digital only program where you can use your phone number, loyalty account number, or email address to earn and spend both in-house and online during the ticketing journey.

- Points will expire after 1 year of no transactional activity on the account

- If you are missing points from some of your recent transactions, fill out our support form, and we will work with you to update your account accordingly.

- Currently, there is no paid membership option to upgrade to, but we are exploring options for the near future. Stay tuned!

- Either delete your account in the profile section after logging in OR submit a ticket using our support form on the bottom of this page and we will get back to you with confirmation of closure.
